The app and your data

Roz mostly runs on your phone, offline. You're responsible for your data and for keeping backups of it; we can't restore data that never reached us.

Accounts and ads

An anonymous account is created for each install when you first use a feature that needs our server, and you can create an account with your email or Google. Keep your phone and email secure; you're responsible for activity through them.

The free version of Roz shows ads from Google AdMob. Roz Plus removes them.

Credits and purchases

• AI credits are a digital licence to use features inside Roz. They have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money.
• Credit packs don't expire. You get one free credit each day; it renews at 00:00 UTC and doesn't accumulate.
• Free users can earn one credit for each rewarded ad watched to the end, up to the daily limit shown in the app, once Google AdMob confirms it. Roz Plus subscribers can choose to watch rewarded ads for bonus credits, up to their own daily limit; Plus never shows them an ad they didn't ask for.
• Roz Plus (monthly or yearly) removes ads and adds 60 credits for each month of an active paid subscription, and renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play. A free trial, where offered, is ad-free and includes a one-time 10 credits.
• Payments and refunds go through Google Play under its policies. When a purchase is refunded, the credits it granted are removed (only the refunded packs' credits when part of a purchase is refunded), which can make your balance negative.
• The cost of each feature is shown before you use it. We may change prices in the future without affecting credits you already bought. Nothing is charged when a request fails.
• Any remaining credits are lost when you delete your account.

AI features

• Results can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check them before relying on them; they are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
• Don't submit content you don't have the right to use, or unlawful content.
• You own what you send and the results you get, and you give us a limited licence to process them only to provide the feature.

Shared lists

Members of a shared list can see and change its tasks. You're responsible for what you share, so share lists only with people you trust.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Roz for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive.
• Don't access our servers by automated means, disrupt them, or work around credits or usage limits.
• We may suspend or end access to the online services in case of abuse.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and its brand belong to us. Your data and your content belong to you.

Disclaimers and liability

Roz is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages or for loss of data or profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and contact
